What payments are accepted?
We accept EFT payment, bank trasnfers and cash deposits.

Who delivers my parcel?
We have two options for delivery:
1) Counter to Counter tracked mail via the Post Office anywhere in South Africa
2) Couriered delivery we make use Fastway Couriers (www.fastway.co.za)
How soon will my order be dispatched?
As soon as proof of payment is sent to us email we will package and dispatch your goods on the same day if it is before 10am, or otherwise the following day.
How long does delivery take?
Post Office Counter to Counter can take anywhere between 2 - 5 working days, area dependent.
Couriered Delivery for Cape Town takes 1-2 working days and for Johannesburg, Port Elizabeth, Durban etc 2-3 working days.
Can I pick up an order?
You are most welcome to by appointment, if you are based in Cape Town. Please email
info@coverconcepts.co.za if you would like to do this.
Do you courier outside of South Africa?
We are able to do this, however, we would need to assess the courier fee and quote accordingly as to what it would cost.
