Where are your products sourced?

Our products come from a range of resources, both locally and internationally – depending on where we are able to find exactly what it is we are looking for.

Why don’t you sell soft silicon covers?

In our experience after some time, soft silicon becomes lose on the phone and therefore lacks when it comes to protecting the phone, for this reason we only stock hard silicon covers which give incredible protection and will not stretch.

What is a screen protector?

A screen protector is a thin sheet of plastic that goes over ones screen in order to avoid the screen from being scratched or damaged, instead, the screen protector takes all the abuse and after a few months one can simply peel it off and replace it with a new one therefore keeping your own device in perfect condition.

What if we don’t have your phone model?

Please let us know what phone model you have and if the demand is high enough for that model we will endeavour to provide covers for it.

Do I have to choose a cover that is my exact model or can I chose from the range?

We do not recommend attempting to put a cover on your phone that is not meant for your phone, the cover may block your camera as well as it will not fit all the ports and holes around your phone 100%, this is not at all ideal.

How do Power Saving Pouches work?

The Power saving pouches have a special magnet in which when you put your phone in the pouch it switches the backlight off which in turn saves battery power and therefore prolongs the life of the battery. Not only this, but the pouches also automatically lock your phone when in the pouch and unlock your phone when you take it out the pouch. 

Are all of your products brand new?

They absolutely are. We do not sell any second hand goods.

What is the return policy?

All sales are final. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will try work towards an agreeable resolution for both parties. Please ensure that the make or your phone and the name of the cover you are ordering is correct before placing an order. At the end of the day, our number one priority is that our customers are happy.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

For any orders of ten or more of the same product, kindly contact us on info@coverconcepts.co.za stating your requirements.

Payment and Delivery

What payments are accepted?

We accept EFT payment, cash deposits and bank transfers.

What are the banking details?

Who delivers my parcel?

If your goods are being couriered they will either be sent by Fastway Couriers, they will ensure your parcel is delivered to your door and signed for.
If goods are being sent Counter to Counter via the Post Office we will ensure that you receieve a tracking number which can be tracked on www.trackmyparcel.co.za

How soon will my order be dispatched?

As soon as proof of payment is sent to us either via email or fax, we will dispatch your goods the same day if it is before 10am, or otherwise the following day.

How long does delivery take?

Couriered Delivery for Cape Town takes 1-2 working days and for Johannesburg, Port Elizabeth, Durban etc 2-3 working days.
Counter to Counter Tracked Delivery via Post Office takes 2 - 5 working days, area dependent. 

Can I pick up an order?

You are most welcome to by appointment, if you are based in Cape Town. Please email info@coverconcepts.co.za if you would like to do this.

Do you courier outside of South Africa?

We are able to do this, however, we would need to access the courier fee and quote accordingly as to what it would cost.
